Koala T Professional Services LLC provides professional resume writing, career coaching, LinkedIn profile optimization, interview preparation, and related career document services. All services are delivered as described on our website and in any written agreement or invoice provided to you prior to purchase.
2. Payments
Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing koalat.net. We provide highly personalized, one-on-one professional services, including resume writing and career coaching. Because these services require significant upfront labor, research, and dedicated consultant scheduling, we enforce the following policy. By purchasing or scheduling any service with us, you agree to these terms.
3a. Booking and Scheduling Policy
When you book a resume review or career coaching session, that time block is exclusively reserved for you. All required onboarding questionnaires, current resumes, and background documents must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your initial consultation. Failure to do so may result in the rescheduling of your session.
3b. Cancellation and Rescheduling Windows
We understand that professional schedules can change unexpectedly. We offer flexibility based on how much advance notice you provide. Advanced Notice (more than 24 hours): reschedule or cancel without penalty. Late Notice (less than 24 hours): a 25% fee applies. No-Shows: if you fail to attend a scheduled video or phone session within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is forfeited — no refund or complimentary rescheduling will be issued.
3c. Completed Coaching Sessions
Refunds are strictly not provided for any coaching sessions that have already been conducted. We charge for the time, expertise, and live consultation delivered by our career experts. Once the initial intake interview is completed and our writers begin drafting your resume, your payment becomes non-refundable. Your package includes a specific number of revision rounds as detailed in your tier's service description at checkout. You must submit your edit requests within 14 calendar days of receiving your first draft. Silence beyond this window constitutes explicit approval of the final product, and the project will be closed.
3d. Client Satisfaction and Dispute Mitigation
While we do not offer refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction, we are highly committed to your career success. If you are unhappy with your resume draft, please contact our support team and a senior editor will review your project file. Opening a formal bank dispute or chargeback without first contacting koalat.net support to resolve the issue violates our terms of service. It will result in the immediate termination of all active services and the withholding of final deliverables.
4. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround times are provided at the time of purchase and vary by service. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Turnaround times begin once full payment is received and all required information has been submitted by the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information about your work history, education, skills, and experience. Koala T Professional Services LLC is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the client. You agree not to misrepresent your credentials on any document we produce.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final delivered documents for your personal use. Koala T Professional Services LLC retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying samples of work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your personal details, career history, or documents with third parties except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.
8. Limitation of Liability
Koala T Professional Services LLC does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific career outcome. Our services are designed to improve the quality and presentation of your career materials. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered documents.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
